YBB Welcomes Interim Executive Director - John Williams

Please join us as we welcome John into the YBB family.

YouthBuild Boston (YBB) envisions a city rich with opportunity for all young people, and a building trades sector which is diverse, equitable and inclusive. Our Executive Director, Brian McPherson, is currently transitioning into a new opportunity and the Board, Staff and YBB Community wish him well in his new endeavors.

In order to continue to strengthen our organization and set the stage for another top-notch leader who will help us provide underserved young people with the support and credentials needed to successfully enter the construction and design industry, we have hired John Williams, an Associate with Interim Executive Solutions, to be our Interim Executive Director.

John is an Innovative, visionary leader with particular strengths in nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, organizational strategy, collaboration, brand/value enhancement, diversity and inclusion, and leading change!

Brian will be working with John to make this transition smooth for all of our stakeholders.
