The construction industry is booming!

Associated Builders and Contractors recently reported industry-wide job growth of 220,000 jobs, exceeding pre-pandemic numbers. In response to this anticipated growth, YBB has been busy working to ensure that we are ready and able to meet the increased demand, but we can’t do it alone. We need your continued support to provide programs that positively impact the trajectory of hundreds of lives each year.

Donations from the community enable YBB to provide our students with the most up-date, cutting-edge tools and materials needed for success in their programs and beyond, your donations support our staff as we increase our focus on recruitment of both students and business partners to grow opportunities, and donations enable us to provide students with stipends that allow them to participate in our programs without financial stress.
