YBB Program Overview
YBB offers educational and workforce development for young adults. Our core program prepares young adults to enter the Building Trades sector in Boston through a staged approach.
In Stage 1, participants ages 17-24 explore the building trades, complete a high school diploma, and are supported with wraparound services to ensure their success.
In Stage 2, participants ages 17-24 complete a carpentry pre-apprenticeship and further their trades skills development.
YBB’s Design Programs offer exposure to design and architecture principals for Boston high school students.
